The Top of WV Convention and Visitors Bureau exists to enhance the economic vitality of Hancock and Brooke Counties, West Virginia, by advertising our local communities as a destination to the recreation, business meeting, and convention markets. We are an independent non-profit organization, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
We are here to serve you, our customers and guests, with information and collateral materials that will help make your stay in either of our counties more enjoyable, or that will assist you when making your travel decisions.

Formed in 2008, the Hancock County Arts Council works under the umbrella of the CVB. Their very first endeavor brought the WVU Marching Band; students came from across the Ohio Valley to watch "the Pride of West Virginia". The New Cumberland River Fest is now home to the Annual Art Show, showcasing the talents of both adults and children. Several other annual events have received praise for their impact on the communities. The Council meets monthly, and new members who wish to promote the arts are welcome to come and share ideas.
