A Legend Was Born, In A…TROPICAL PARADISE
DeeJay’s first opened its doors in 1980. Around that same time, the recipe for their legendary ribs was created. You know our ribs for their slow-cooked, rich, robust smoky wonderful-ness. They have become so famous that people come to visit us from all over the nation! Many of our other dishes have become almost as famous. Professional and amateur athletes alike find the taste and lean quality of our ribs to be unmatched in the region. Current and former Penguins, Steelers and Pirates know they can count on our ribs every time.
Our 210 seat restaurant, with plenty of parking, is located just off Route 22 and Three Springs Drive in Weirton, West Virginia. But people drive from near and far to get their hands on our food and enjoy the tropical destination décor of our restaurant.

7 months agoIt was our anniversary and we had heard about this place so we drove an hour to go and see what it was like. I am in love. The food was out of this world. The best barbecue ribs I have ever had and the mashed potatoes literally melted in my mouth. It is worth the hour drive and I will go back.

11 months agoWe had a great experience here for our first time. Food was delicious. The ribs fell off the bone and I loved the BBQ sauce. The Zucchini are to DIE FOR! And the wedding soup was perfect. Our waitress was awesome as well.

6 months agoDee Jay's never disapoints! We absolutely LOVE their ribs! They are always falling off the bones, perfectly seasoned/sauced, and it has absolutely ruined Ribs for me everywhere else! I was in the military, stationed in a few places, and I’ve tried ribs almost everywhere I ended up, but nothing that I've had compares to Dee Jay's! Their ribs are one of the few foods on my list when I'd go home for a visit! Thanks again for a delicious dinner!

2 months agoGreat lunch with my daughter! We split a monster burger, potato skins and brought home BBQ ribs for the wife! Great atmosphere, and waitress.

9 months agoFirst time here. I am not a huge ribs guy but that is what everyone recommended. The ribs were legit!!! The fell right off the bone and the sauce was very good. Looking forward to their new location closer to home.
