Recommend staying here: Yes We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in recent years. It is our favorite in the Newell area. Although it is showing its age in some aspects, it is clean, has wonderfully comfortable beds, and is a nice value for the price and location.

This hotel was disgusting. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Soon as we got out the elevator, a huge stain on the floor, it was obvious no one knows how to clean properly because I'm an stna and we clean up blood very often. So, the stain should've been easy! I paid for this hotel because I wanted a pool. After hours, a couple was having sex in the pool. So that ruined my 2 day stay and we left early. The hotel charged my fiance $250 for smoking in the room, in which I find hilarious, we went outside every time. I threw my empty cigarette box in the garbage.

They were able to accommodate us at 230 am. Woman at the desk was nice. Rooms were very nice. Clean and decent sized compared to most. Bed was so comfortable didn't want to get out of it. The breakfast was also good. They had 2 types of eggs, 2 types of sausage and biscuits and gravy plus fruit, cereals ect. Definitely a nice hotel and worth the price. Give it a try if you're in the area.

I stay at IHG properties over 200 nights a year and this was in my bottom 5 stays. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. My room smelled like a dirty mop. Bathroom was even worse. Room's need updating very badly. Carpet was full of stains. Air conditioner looks like it's never been cleaned. Never gave me my welcome points even after I asked. I try to be fair but this hotel did not live up to other reviews.
