a month agoMy husband and I stayed for several nights and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was absolutely incredible - friendly, welcoming, and so kind. Josie was amazing and made us feel very welcome. My husband and I were home for the holiday and spent several nights here for a wedding. We had our two small dogs with us and they gave us two small toys for our little ones. That was the first time we have seen this and it was such a sweet touch. The toys are their favorites. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

2 weeks agoGood location, bereavement discount. Our room was clean , I needed that 30 min hot shower the water didn't run out. The bed was clean/comfortable enough and staff friendly. I gave four stars because water was 2$ a bottle the snacks were very pricey and just price in general for the size of the room. *Update* I now work for the holiday in and I love it.... I took a lint roller to the bathroom floor when we arrived 🤣 seriously tho, these rooms are very clean and well maintained. Whoever cleaned room 404 before we arrived, bravo!

4 months agoWe had to stay during the loss of my Dad, my brothers and I had traveled from different parts of the country and were frazzled and exhausted when we arrived. Mia, at the front desk took care of us as if she knew us, with great compassion and excellent service. We needed this to be a good stay, and I can’t say enough about this hotel. They had a well stocked mini shop for all of our needs in the lobby which was SO helpful, a restaurant in the lobby with good food, drinks, and service. Our rooms were clean and updated. Thank God for Holiday Inn and Mia that night… Couldn’t give them a great enough review to thank them for taking care of us through this. 🙏🏻

a week agoJOSIE, the lady at the front desk....she is absolutely amazing. Very helpful and a joy to be around. She is idea for her position in customer service! Rooms are clean and very nice.

a month agoWe use this hotel a lot for corporate stays. Always clean and the hotel staff is friendly…especially Brad in the sales department. With the restaurant located in the hotel, it makes each stay very convenient. Would recommend!
