    I checked in after a long grueling day and accidentally left my open computer bag on a couch in the lobby. Went to my room and fell asleep. Awakened 2 hours later to a lobby bustling with people checking in and no sign of my bag. I was in utter panic. Peeked into the door by the busy check-in desk, and Mia had my bag by her register. She saved me! IHG hires honest, hard working employees. Thank you, Mia.

    Great staff that was very attentive and courteous. The Sales Director went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He remembered my son's puppets name and asked my son about him. It really made my son feel so special about his puppet Felix.

    Great people very helpful at any time. Elevator is a little outdated but it works lol Uno's downstairs in the lobby has awesome food also. Friendly environment!!! Staff is always asking if you need anything and always saying hello when they pass you. Would recommend if traveling

    This place is disgusting. Hair in the bed, toilet nasty, 1988 a/c unit sounds like a diesel engine, facility outdated, etc. I didn’t have these dilutions of grandeur that this hole would be a great place, but I didn’t think it would be this nasty for $200 a night!!! Motel 6 is 2 steps above this.

    Linda, at Steubenville Weirton, WV holiday was extremely unhelpful and continued to blame her employee. She also explained the process of the $20 hold for my room three times to which I explained that there are 3 charges for which one was refunded. She could not explain why my card was charged three times and got increasingly defensive. I told I was not in need of the money but that I was concerned that it had been charged so many times. Additionally, when we booked the room, I understood that part of the payment was in points and part was my responsibility. When I arrived the lady at the desk I checked in with said it had all been covered by points but when I check my cc statement it showed a charge of $113. The supervisor Linda stated that she was confused on how it works and that she can’t see how I pay when points are used. I explained that I was prepared to pay for part of my room but did not like being told it was covered by points to then see a charge. I stated that we would just call diamond elite to which to snidely responded that they would have us call her back. She was increasing argumentative, offered no apology and escalated the situation. Seems as though she may need demoted or additional training.
